Life happens! We understand that sometimes your needs change. We do our best to allow for that, and here is what we can do.
If we cancel:
Your course payment is refunded in full.
If you cancel:
If you cancel more than 6 weeks prior to the course start date, we will refund your course fee, minus the $50 application fee and a 4% processing fee.
If you cancel 2 to 6 weeks prior to the course start date, we will refund 50% of the course fee, minus the $50 application fee and a 4% processing fee.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date, we will not offer a refund.
If there has been an emergency, please reach out to us right away and we will work with you within our capacity. Email [email protected].
If the trainers ask you to leave the training for any reason (health or conduct), the School will not offer a refund.
