I am a mother, lover, Yoga Therapist, Somatic Sex Educator, lifelong erotic adventurer, and survivor. I Identify as queer, femme, cis-gendered, poly, pan, switch, white, and a 3rd generation descendant of Ukrainian settlers. I co-created the Canadian Somatic Sex Education Professional Training, and have been teaching the Wheel of Consent since 2016.
I am passionate about creating safe enough spaces for folks to have conversations with their bodies about pleasure. You might find me walking slowly in the forest, eating dark chocolate, or sipping single malt in a bubble bath.
