I am committed that each person gets to experience the wholeness of their own being. I am passionate about developing individual and collective awareness that deepens our capacity to honour each other, and facilitate healing, connect, and play.

I have been facilitating Wheel of Consent practices with individuals, groups, and organizations since 2016, in person and online.. My facilitation is trauma-responsive and non-judgemental, informed by many years in the field of prevention and response to gender-based violence, senior leadership roles in sexual and reproductive rights, teaching holistic peer counseling, holding space for births and deaths, erotic healing, and entheogenic rituals.
 

I spend some of the year in my ancestral home of Sweden and most of the year on the stolen ancestral territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm, Skwxwú7mesh, and sel̓íl̓witulh peoples, also known as Vancouver, Canada, and am delighted to travel to teach.
