 My work's intention: contribution to making consent culture happen in all fields of life. With the profound realizations that this entails for all of us.

• Better understanding the inside voices that limit connexions.
• Feeling my limits, expressing them, and having them respected.
• Honoring my desires. Making requests.
• Being curious about the limits and desires of others.
• Being aware of privileges and different capacities to feel and express limits and desires and willing to seek balance.

I love how the compassionate and embodied practice of the Wheel of consent deepens to analytical and emotional approach. Realizations connect deeper.

I have a degree in sex, relationship, and emotional education. I facilitate workshops online and with schools and nonprofits on consent, relationships, puberty, and more.

I am also a trainer in psychosocial risks prevention and psychological safety. I work with managers to create fearless working conditions.
